Job Title Recruitment Administrator

Job Description:

 Our Thame based client is looking for a Junior Recruitment Administrator to join their growing team, salary £20,000 plus bonus.

This role might suit candidates who have some admin / recruitment experience and who would enjoy a career in recruitment in a fast paced environment - there are opportunities to grow and develop in this role and full training will be given.

Candidates should have very strong communication skills, enjoy working in a busy office, be determined, ambitious and want to learn

The position will involve speaking with candidates and clients on a daily basis. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the effective coordination of the recruitment process using the latest tools and solutions available in the industry.

After training, Core responsibilities will include:

· Coordinating internal resources, job postings and candidate applications

· Scheduling meetings and interviews with candidates

· On boarding clients and candidates to our systems

· Supporting our website and social media accounts

· Working with senior members of the team in sales, marketing and recruitment

Essential candidate traits are:

· Genuine enthusiasm to learn and develop professionally

· Excellent spoken and written communication

· Organised and methodical approach to work

· Ability to multi task and prioritise workload

· Strong computer literacy
