 This part time role will fit in with school hours and is a mixture of customer service and administration.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our clients team on a part time basis. They offer an excellent package including a salary of £17,000 pro rata, working hours 11.30am-2.30pm Monday -Friday, fantastic employee benefits including the option to buy up to 5 days extra holiday, flexi benefits to suit you and discounted social events to name but a few!!

As a part-time Customer Service Assistant you will be handling queries from customers through a variety of different channels including, inbound calls, email, live chats and social media platforms.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

answering calls to assist with issues that may occur with products, raising complaints with the case manager and updating customer files

A key area of your role will be to research, investigate and identify the root cause of the customer enquiry to enable you to then decide and ensure the appropriate response/resolution is implemented.
