 Sales Office Administrator - Thame - 18K to 22K

Our Thame based client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy and friendly office. You will be welcoming visitors and providing a point of contact for customers with queries.

As the Sales Office Administrator, your main duties and responsibilities will be:

Covering reception - greeting visitors, taking calls and messages, providing refreshments, keeping the area tidy;

Customer Service - Dealing with customer queries via phone and email; promoting sales, and offering technical support and advice as necessary; Training provided

Quotations - producing sales quotations and supporting documentation, Training provided

Order processing - including data input;

Administration - to include daily post and couriers, updating internal diaries, maintaining stationery supplies and project work as required.

The ideal Sales Office Administrator will be: Articulate and polite, with a professional telephone manner and welcoming nature; Have a good eye for detail and be able to produce clear, factual emails, letters and presentations;

The ability to manage several projects at the same time, whilst adhering to deadlines and remaining calm under pressure is helpful

You should be a team player who is PC literate and has experience of using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems, preferably ACT;

Any customer service experience is helpful.

Working hours: 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 4.45pm Friday.
