 Exciting Opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Executive

£32,000 - £40,000 plus Bonus

Ideally we are looking for someone with a Parts Division background who has experience in Exportation procedures and documentation

Our Buckinghamshire based client is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual for a fantastic opportunity working as a Customer Service Executive . They are looking for someone to manage & coordinate all aspects of Sales, Customer Service and Export process for the Crane division.

Our client is Europe’s leading supplier of vacuum handling equipment and restricted access lifting machinery . They are a growing business with over 150 employees and are passionate about delivering great service and a can-do attitude for their large customer portfolio across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities:

Day to Day Tasks

  • Manage and improve Customer support within Sales
  • To expedite shipments (including worldwide imports/exports, working with Freight Forwarders to ensure timely collection/delivery)
  • Support the European Sales Manager
  • Process orders throughout Europe
  • Research areas of the market and provide feedback
  • Liaise with Dealers across Europe on Sales
  • Follow up sales to Dealer and Customers and develop positive, ongoing relationships
  • Coordinate Dealer and Customer Training, ensuring effective liaising with all required departments
  • Coordinate Customer & Visitor trips, including booking of flights, transport and accommodation
  • Supporting Exhibitions where needed
  • Ensure effective communication with all those involved in the supply of new equipment (Manufacturer; Engineering; Customer; Customs and Excise) to ensure customer needs are met
  • Create accurate sales quotations using SAP system
  • Ensure Cranes are dispatched with correct paperwork and Decals
  • Liaising with Marketing Team work to ensure brochures and materials are up to date and accurate
  • Manage Aftersales processes including Warranty and Repairs
  • Coordinate Dispatch and Transport for Sales
  • Manage administration related to the sales process

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Previous experience of similar role
  • Strong level of commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and implement new ideas
  • Experience of import / export desirable

Hours

Monday -Friday 8am- 5.30pm

22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service)

4%/4% Employer/Employee Contribution Pension Scheme
